How does the walk-away guarantee work?
Months 1-2 are $3,000/mo. At the end of month 2, you walk if it isn't working. No exit interview, no claw-back, no contract. Whatever you've paid is yours. The work product stays with you. From month 3, $5,000/mo, month-to-month with 30 days notice.
Why is Light $2,500/mo?
Light is the maintenance tier for brands with AEO foundation already in place. It's exactly half of Growth's standard rate, which reflects the smaller scope. Light does NOT include foundation work; foundation work happens in Growth. If you don't have foundation in place yet, Growth is the right starting point.
Why is Growth more expensive after month 2?
The first two months are weighted toward foundation and onboarding at trial pricing. From month 3, the engagement stabilizes into ongoing delivery at $5,000/mo. You're still well below the $10-12K/month a typical boutique AEO agency charges, because there are no account managers, no junior teams, and no sales org to fund.
What does Custom include that Growth doesn't?
Aggressive content cadence (multiple pieces per week vs. paced production), multi-brand or multi-site support, strategic advisory layered on top of execution, and custom SLAs. Custom is for companies going hard after AI-search share, not the default.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no platform fee, no hidden costs. We do not resell tools or take affiliate commissions.
Is the $3K tier any less effort than the $10K tier?
No. Whether you're paying $3K or $10K, the work on your account is the same caliber. The tiers reflect scope (how much content, how many brands, how aggressive the cadence), not effort. We don't half-step a smaller client. We can't afford to. Every result counts because we cap the roster.
